Orders & Shipping

1. How long does processing take?

You can expect your item/s in 1 - 2 weeks. We use an external printer & manufacturer so once we have submitted your order to them, it is in their hands, & we cannot hurry the process along. Sometimes there are anomalies, so if your item is delayed, just drop us an email iykykstore@hotmail.com & we'll sort it!

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.

4. What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order is delayed, please allow additional time due to possible carrier issues. If your package is lost, contact us at iykykstore@hotmail.com and we will assist you.

Returns & Refunds

5. What is your return policy?
Your item is printed specifically for you, so we do not offer exchanges for size (unless of course the measurements are wrong!)

If the item that arrives is incorrect or damaged, please email iykykstore@hotmail.com with a photo (showing the measurements if incorrect) & we will send a replacement.

6. How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at iykykstore@hotmail.com with your order number. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

7. Do you offer refunds?
Yes! Once we've forwarded your return request to the manufacturer & they have approved it, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 business days to appear in your account.

Products & Stock

8. Are your products available in physical stores?
Currently, we are an online-only store and do not have physical retail locations.

9. Will sold-out items be restocked?
Using an external manufacturing & printing service means we're unable to give a definitive time frame as to when an item will be back in stock. However, they usually restock every few weeks.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment options.
